Pat C. Smith, President of the 2,000-member NC Federation of Republican Women, announced a $1,000 merit-based scholarship to an accredited NC college, vocational or technical institution.
Eligible recipient is an NC High School Senior who is a dependent child of an NC service member wounded or killed while serving from September 11, 2001, until the present.

The deadline to submit all required information and documentation is April 15, 2020.
