The potential for future housing projects around the Seven Lakes area hasn’t ended just yet. A proposed project located on Holly Grove School Road containing 68 lots is set to be heard before the Moore County Board of Commissioners next month.
A legally based hearing to review existing laws and ordinances is scheduled for Dec. 1. This proposed project will be located west of Seven Lakes North subdivision, East of McLendon Hills subdivision and north of N.C. 211 along Holly Grove School Road.

In other business on Tuesday, commissioners recognized all members of the Land Use Plan Steering Committee with a certificate of appreciation for their work on the plan.
