Send Christmas Boxes To Deployed Troops!

Military Missions In Action (MMIA) is currently gathering donations for their annual Fill the Footlocker Program – a program in which shoeboxes are filled with comfort items for active duty troops.

The students of St. Andrews University Equestrian Team and Coach Carla Wennberg are currently collecting donations for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan for Christmas.

For those who would like to contribute a box or any of the items listed below, please drop off donations at Phoenix Fashions in Seven Lakes, located at 4245 Seven Lakes Plaza in West End.  To have someone from MMIA come to collect the donation, please call Sandy Carol at (910) 673-7711 or Nancy Wennberg at (910) 673-5727.

On Friday, November 17th, the St. Andrews will be gathering at 10:00AM at the MMIA location of 625 South Page Street in Southern Pines.  They will be loading a large horse trailer with shoe boxes filled with goodies for the troops.
