The Sophisticated Ladies dance group performed for the residents of the Seven Lakes Assisted Living &Memory Care Center on June 17th. The program consisted of favorite Broadway tunes including Hello, Dolly; Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B; Singing in the Rain; and New York, New York.
The Sophisticated Ladies routines are patterned after the New York City Rockettes. They perform for nursing and retirement homes, civic events, and private functions including anniversary and birthday parties in Pinehurst and surrounding communities.
