Lily Rose, a home and gift boutique in historic downtown Aberdeen, NC, will hold its grand opening on October 4, 2019. This new boutique is a mix of upscale gifts, entertaining inspired items, home decor and a little something for everyone.
Formerly South Street located at 107 South Street in Aberdeen, Lily Rose is a new fresh take on an Aberdeen favorite! South Street hosted an annual Holiday Open House each year that was a favorite among locals. Lily Rose will continue to host this holiday tradition on November 8 and 9 with plans on growing the event.
Lily Rose is the sister store of Jack Hadden Floral & Event and the two stores are conveniently located next to each other.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Friday, October 4 at 10:00am to welcome the new addition to Main Street. A reception of light hors d’oeuvres and champagne will follow immediately. The festivities will continue through the weekend with giveaways, promotions, spirits and appetizers at both locations through Saturday at 5:00pm.
Several North Carolina and South Carolina local products will be carried by the store along with many new lines to decorate your home with style, give the best gift ever, or to just be the hostess with mostess.
This boutique along with Jack Hadden Floral & Events is owned by Leslie Habets. Both stores are very close to Leslie’s heart including the names. Jack Hadden Floral and Events was named after Leslie’s children, her son 11-year-old Jack, and her daughter, Hadden, 8. Lily Rose was named after Leslie’s niece, Lily and her grandmother Rose.
Leslie has a Bachelor of Science from Anderson University and was raised in South Carolina. She has called the Sandhills her home for a decade. Leslie and her husband, Ted, are actively involved in the Moore County community. Leslie is looking forward to sharing her two downtown Aberdeen stores with the community and helping bring new growth to an already flourishing downtown.
