The Women of Seven Lakes (WoSL) will celebrate female business owners and seven businesses in the Seven Lakes area at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 6 at the Chapel in the Pines in Seven Lakes. There is no cost for the gathering for members and $5 for non-members.
You don’t want to miss this unique event. The panel of business owners will showcase their businesses and share how they got started as entrepreneurs.
The WoSL will host a Spring Fashion Show from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 22 at the Chapel in the Pines.
Fashions will be presented by Lisa’s Boutique of Carthage and Looking for Linda of Vass. Enjoy fashions and a delicious array of refreshments.
Tickets are $20 per person and are non-refundable. Proceeds from this event will go to local nonprofits.

The WoSL are also currently sponsoring a fundraiser, selling spring flowers (collections,
perennials, seeds and mats, children’s gardening items, teas and herbs and hard goods).
Spring orders will be shipped beginning April 1 and are shipped in the order received. All
orders received by May 15 will ship in time for summer planting.

At 2 p.m. on April 3 the group is excited to host Ray Owen as a guest speaker. Owen is a writer and member of the Arts Council of Moore County. More information will be published
as the date approaches.
