Suspect Arrested Following Seven Lakes Bank Robbery

Authorities have arrested a suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery at the Truist Bank in Seven Lakes on Tuesday morning, the Moore County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Lyrical Yes’mean Tanner, 24, of West End was found after fleeing the bank on foot, and had cash and a BB gun.

Tanner has been charged with felony robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony possession of stolen goods, felony possession of schedule-II controlled substance and one count of possession of schedule-VI controlled substance. She was jailed without bond, and will appear in Moore County District Court on Jan. 7.

Deputies responded just before 11:00 a.m. after a female suspect entered the bank, demanded money, and claimed to possess a firearm. A heavy police presence was outside of the bank on Lakeway Drive, around lunchtime after the reported robbery.
