Raleigh, N.C. – Senator Tom McInnis has been appointed as Senate Transportation, Co-Chair and Appropriations on Department of Transportation Co-Chair by Senate Pro Temp Phil Berger. Senator McInnis has also been appointed to serve as a committee member of Agriculture/Environment/Natura
