Tina Viscuso has her own version of a Coconut Custard Pie that is perfect for the holidays!
This fool-proof recipe is simple for bakers at all levels. All you need are some simple ingredients and a blender!
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup Bisquick mix
- 4 large eggs
- ½ stick butter
- 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Combine all ingredients in blender except coconut. Cover and blend for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9” pie pan. Let stand 1 minute, and then add coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
