Sam Gaskins, Lt. Governor, Carolinas District, Division 10 installed the new officers for 2017 – 2018: Jerry Sink, president; Bill Pratt, president-elect; Pat Weber, past president and secretary; Kathy Kirst, treasurer. Sam also recognized retiring, incoming and returning board members.
Kiwanis Club of Seven Lakes awarded Jerry Sink the Kiwanian of the Year for 2016 – 2017 at the September 26 officer installation and award dinner. Major accomplishments included: Installation of the club’s public website (kiwanisclubofsevenlakes.org), implemented club’s meeting portal, and complete reorganization of the club’s Bingo system.
Bill Pratt was presented the Excellence in Service to Children award, Bud Sales was presented the Excellence in Membership award and Ken Jenkins was presented Excellence in Service as Secretary award.
