Moore County Schools has been keeping record of the number of confirmed coronavirus cases that have occurred in students and staff since the opening of schools on August 17th.
Since the start of school, there have been a total of 13 cases – 7 students and 6 staff.
The positive students are from the following schools: North Moore High (1), Pinecrest High (3), Southern Middle (1), Southern Pines Elementary (1), Union Pines High (1).
All 6 of the positive staff are from Robbins Elementary School.
