After months of building and renovating the establishment, Lewis Eakes has signed a 5-year lease with Raymond Ou, owner of Beacon Ridge Country Club.
The lease was signed on September 2nd after rumors spread of Lewis buying the building.
During this 5-year period, the Eakes family hopes to build up the Pub & Grill into a lucrative dining establishment that will keep customers coming back.
A complete remodel has been taking place to include a whole new bar area, floors, bathrooms, and refinished furniture.
The Pub & Grill at Beacon Ridge has a tentative opening date of October 1st. Lewis will continue to offer takeout to the public until the restaurants opening.
