On Saturday, July 7th, Seven Lakes Golf Club held its Annual Member-Guest event with sixty-eight participants.
During the event, members of Seven Lakes Golf Club were encouraged to bring along friends, family, or other guests to come and play the course.
The event had an array of local sponsors including Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Southern Pines who offered to award one lucky golfer a brand new vehicle if he/she got a hole-in-one at Hole #7.
“Unfortunately, no one won the car,” said Susan Clark who managed the event. “We suspended play at 10:30 due to the steady rain so only one foursome got to test their skills on that hole.”
Numerous gift certificates were raffled off to participants as door prizes.
“Almost every player went home with a prize in addition to their gift bag,” Clark said.
