As a Seven Lakes resident, I would like to reply to the letter from Paul Chavez concerning the current dues and proposed Dues.
1. Our dues are currently $1167, not $1177. If the Increase is passed, they will be raised to $1192, not $1202.
2. The $25.00 increase amounts to less than the price of a cup of coffee once month for a year.
We live in a beautiful, serene and peaceful area, and the said increase is a small price to pay for all that we have.
